Our cuisine

The focus is on making sure that the product, i.e. fish, is of the best quality. Our forte is raw fish, shellfish and shell molluscs. But our hot dishes (from pasta to fish baked in a salt crust) are cooked to perfection and therefore much appreciated as well.

The range of fish on offer extends from the dearest species to oily fish and also includes little known varieties. All our preparations are simple, but bring out the best qualities of each type of fish. At ‘L’Oste Scuro’, fish is king and comes in all shapes and sizes.
